Blog Introduction 9 19 2023
I will expand on this introduction in the future.
I have had many Pizzas in South Eastern WI.
I haven't decided what I am will say a be out in ones I don't like.
I may tell you if it they taste like a really good one from a restaurant that is no longer around.
I may grade each individual component in the pizza.
I may tell you of an interaction with an employee I did or didn't like.
I may just say, I could make a better one in some cases
I may try and tell you of crust dynamics I really am not an expert at. In other words some crust I don't have the past down knowledge or time to recreate and hence compare from a grass roots perspective or basis.
I may attempt to give a cheese profile.
I may talk about vegetable freshness.
I might talk about plentifullness of ingredients.
I might talk about wait time
I might talk about heart burn and after affect.
I might even, I might even do it, I might even mention, Oh god, a frozen pizza I really like!
I might talk about if the cheese was brown enough.
I might talk about crust thickness.
I may tell you of other good good they have.
I may rate their garlic bread.
Might talk about price.
I might talk about sausage authenticity. Or, does it just taste like fried hamburger. Or does it have a CV complex spice and meat profile that seems like it should always be a secret.
I might not tell you of too many, because I don't want good things to end.
